So ... it's been awhile. Time to SELL the house.

So here is what our house looked like as we were fixing it up:

We painted the front door black, added a flag, and added new porch lights (changed from gold to the black)

The house had no light fixtures. Here is what we added:

All the walls needed to be pointed up because there were holes all in them:

We drywalled the utility room:

We took down the wall going downstairs to create a more open concept:

The entire house had awful linoleum flooring, so we added ceramic tile:

Next we needed new carpet:

We created a french drain around the house, because of the grading of the yard around the house slanted inward. This was a pain:

We replaced the 1980's windows:

Added some mulch and landscaping:

Installed a lamp post and ran conduit and power:

Reagan doesn't get how this works:

Cleared 4 pine trees around these two large tulip poplar trees and added a hammock!
